AK Automation systems having in-house plc software development facility and SCADA for latest electroplating technology. AK Automation has augmented its services with full-fledged divisions in Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing & Software development. The Aim at AK Automation Systems has always been towards providing good service and quality products to the electroplating industry. We source All electrical switch gear and control products from Omron /Schneider electric, SCADA from Movicon Italy and leading Steel raw materials,PVC/PP sheets and many accessories required in the plating plant like Filtration Systems, Pumps, Solenoid Valves, PP & PvC Ball Valves etc. locally. Areas of expertise:  Mechanical & Electrical designing of Plating equipment. We have in-house facilities in our Mechanical division for Stainless Steel/Mild Steel Fabrication,and complete electrical control panel building facility by using Rittal enclosures etc.  service contracts for Plating equipments  In-house Software Development facilities. PLC and SCADA Software Development.  Sourcing of Components/Accessories for all plating machines.  Upgrade and modification of existing plating lines.  Reliable after-sales service.  We also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts. We carry out routine checks and preventive maintenance.
